Drug Factory Near School Raided

DEEP RIVER – On April 4 at 1:15 p.m. State Police executed a search warrant at a residence located at 118 Union Street. Once inside police seized marijuana, cocaine, and several guns, and arrested to men on multiple narcotics violations including operating a drug factory near a school.

After a lengthy investigation by the Deep River Resident State Trooper's Office, in conjunction with the State Wide Narcotics Task Force, Trooper Burgarella arrested Edward W. Creeron. Jr., 33, and charged him with

operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 of a school, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a control substance within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, and criminal attempt to sell narcotics.

Charlie E. Vincelette, Jr., 40, of 118 Union Street was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school, conspiracy to possess narcotics, conspiracy to sell narcotics, and risk of injury to minors.

Each man was processed and held on a $150,000 bond and presented in Middletown Superior Court on the morning following their arrests
